To celebrate Paul's birthday each February 1st, everyone is invited to spread some love and kindness. A single kind word can change someone's day! And it's super easy!

  • Grab some post-its (or even paper and tape).

  • Write a simple, meaningful message to someone letting them know they are special.

  • Distribute your notes anywhere and everywhere.

  • Take a few pics and tag Pebbles of Strength on Facebook or Instagram.

  • Feel good for the rest of the day.
